REFUNDS
All refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment and are subject to the following conditions, in addition to the Client Facilitator Agreement and RIF Trust Refund and Cancellation Policies:
(a) The Client agrees that, once the Personal Application has been submitted to the Government Authority, the EFG PRO EXPERTS Fees, including fees and charges (if applicable), will not be refundable and will be retained by EFG PRO EXPERTS, whether or not the Personal Application is successful;
(b) If, however the Personal Application is finally rejected due to willful default, bad faith, or gross negligence on the part of EFG PRO EXPERTS, shall refund to the Client the full EFG PRO EXPERTS Fees that were received by EFG PRO EXPERTS.
All refunds are subject to regulatory restrictions, which may delay or prevent EFG PRO EXPERTS from paying the same, and EFG PRO EXPERTS may be required to request additional due diligence information before a refund could be executed.
