Sponsoring Family Residency Visas in the UAE:

Guidelines and Requirements

If your family members are outside the UAE, begin by applying for an entry residence visa.

Once they arrive, you have a 30-day window to apply for the residence stamp. Ensure your monthly salary meets the minimum requirement, ranging from AED 4,000 to AED 20,000 depending on the sponsorship type.

Gather the necessary documentation, including

1. Application Forms
2. Salary Certificates
3. Bank Statements
4. Tenancy Contracts
5. Marriage Certificates
6. Passports
7. Medical Check-up Reports
8. Passport Photos

Note that family members should not exceed a six-month absence from the UAE to maintain valid residence visas.

Additionally, Muslim expatriates with multiple wives can only obtain one residence visa.
